Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re struggling with stress, burnout, or feeling out of balance, my Stress Management Program is designed to help you regain control and find calm amidst the chaos.

Through this program, you’ll learn practical, proven strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout, so you can feel more centred, focused, and at ease in both your personal and professional life.

What to Expect

In this program, we’ll work together to understand the root causes of your stress and identify the triggers that leave you feeling overwhelmed. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques, time management strategies, and stress-reducing tools that you can implement immediately.

Each session will be tailored to your unique needs, using a blend of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and stress-reduction techniques. My goal is to help you develop a personalised plan that empowers you to manage stress effectively and cultivate a sense of peace and balance in your life.

This program is here to support you every step of the way as you take one leap toward a more peaceful, balanced, and stress-free life.

Workplace Stress is on the rise

Recent research shows that a significant number of employees are experiencing higher levels of stress. The study revealed that 34% of employees reported lower mental health levels compared to six months prior. Additionally, 37% reported decreased levels of engagement and sense of belonging.

Numerous factors are contributing to this increase in workplace stress, including commuting, cost of living pressures, noisy open-plan offices, work culture, , decreased autonomy, and coworker relations.

The Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2023 Report highlighted that 52% of Australian workers experience high levels of workplace stress. And employee burnout has nearly doubled in the past year, indicating a worrisome trend in workplace well-being.

What is Stress?

Stress is our body's natural response to challenges or threats, activating physiological and psychological reactions that help us cope with perceived dangers. It can stem from various sources like work pressures, relationship issues, financial worries, or health concerns.

Wellbeing encompasses more than just physical health; it reflects our overall state of health, happiness, and satisfaction with life. It covers emotional, social, and mental well-being, along with physical health.

Resilience, on the other hand, is our ability to adapt and rebound from adversity, setbacks, or traumatic experiences. It involves effectively coping with stressors, maintaining a positive outlook, and persevering through difficult situations.

Our program combines these three elements to offer a complete approach to managing stress and improving overall well-being.

Program Overview

The comprehensive program includes the support and tools employees need to navigate stress and build resilience. Participants will engage in self-assessments, activities and action plans to move them towards their goals. With a dedicated Program Facilitator, they will receive personalised support, regular check-ins and encouragement to overcome challenges and celebrate success.

  • This program is tailored for individuals facing various workplace challenges, including stress, tension, and fatigue.

    It caters to those who find themselves overwhelmed, overworked, and struggling to disconnect from the demands of their job.

    Specifically, it addresses the unique needs of high-risk workers exposed to trauma, aggression, or violence in the workplace.

  • In six modules, participants will learn about stress recognition, personal action planning, mindfulness, time management, emotional regulation, communication skills, conflict resolution, lifestyle balance, and self-care.

    Our program is based on research and uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) principles to help individuals build resilience, increase productivity, and succeed in their personal and professional lives.

  • By the end of the stress management program, participants will have acquired a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge to effectively manage stress, improve well-being, and build resilience in various aspects of their lives.

Learn more about your behavioural style, motivators, needs, strengths & communication style. The assessment is very simple and the participant will receive a comprehensive report and follow-up session with a Coach.
